Employee Development Day 2026 has officially concluded, and we are grateful to everyone who joined us on the Pleasantville and New York City campusesÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ”and onlineÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ”for a powerful experience focused on learning, connection, and action.
Centered on this yearÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ™s theme, From Insight to Impact: Competencies in Action, Employee Development Day brought together colleagues from across ÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ to strengthen core competencies, explore practical tools, and deepen connections across roles and campuses.
Because of our engaged participants, facilitators, volunteers, and campus partners, Employee Development Day reached over 200 Pace employees, creating meaningful opportunities for growth, collaboration, and shared learning.
Event Highlights
Two Campuses. One Connected Experience.
Employee Development Day was held:
- Friday, March 27, 2026 on the Pleasantville Campus
- Tuesday, March 31, 2026 on the New York City Campus
Both events offered a full day of keynote programming, handsÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ‘on workshops, networking, and reflectionÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ”designed as an internal conference experience for Pace employees.
Track-Based Learning Designed For Impact
This yearÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ™s twoÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ‘track format allowed employees to engage in learning tailored to their roles:
- Individual Contributors Track ÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ“ focused on building foundational skills, communication, inclusion, and project management
- Managers & Leaders Track ÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ“ focused on coaching, strengthsÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ‘based leadership, feedback, and leading work with clarity and confidence
This structure supported relevant discussions, peer learning, and immediate application in employeesÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ™ dayÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ‘toÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ‘day work.
Keynotes, Workshops & Shared Learning
Across campuses, participants:
- Engaged in keynote sessions that set the foundation for the dayÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ™s learning
- Participated in interactive, applicationÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ‘focused workshops facilitated by Pace colleagues and campus partners
- Connected with colleagues from across departments during networking moments and lunch discussions
Lunch was generously sponsored by TIAA, who also led a Lunch & Learn session, offering practical insights employees could carry forward beyond the day.
Expanding Access Through Virtual Sessions
As a pilot in 2026, Employee Development Day also included virtual learning sessions focused on wellÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ‘being and career development. These offerings expanded access and allowed additional opportunities to engage in professional growth beyond the inÌÇÐÄvlog¶ÌÊÓƵ‘person events.
